One of the coolest tours in Gramado/ Canela. The entire team is very attentive and shows live the handmade production of crystal pieces. The showroom is dazzling with incredible pieces. It's worth spending hours admiring their beauty. And at the end of it all, there's still a musical performance with a crystal glass instrument. It's really worth it
The place is incredible, from the reception, to show how crystal is made in practice... The store is wonderful, the service is exceptional... If you visit the museum you become a customer for life...
