Cancellation policy:
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for canceling purchases outside the commercial establishment is 7 days from the effective date of the purchase.
1) If the date of use is within this period of 7 days of purchase, Cristais de Gramado reserves the right not to return the amount paid.
