Child ticket: Children from 0 to 6 years old do not pay, from 7 to 14 years old pay half price.
Attraction suitable for children from 4 to 10 years old. Parents under 4 years old can accompany children during the Kids Day.
Cancellation policy:
According to the Consumer Protection Code, the deadline for canceling purchases outside the commercial establishment is 7 days from the effective date of the purchase.
1) If the date of use is within this period of 7 days of purchase, Cristais de Gramado reserves the right not to return the amount paid.

There is no such thing as Gramado Crystals in the country. Murano art that I only saw in Venice I saw here. Quality and beauty in each piece. I made a point of returning the same week. Congratulations!
